New Theory of Light
Victor M. Urbina proposes a new photon model (theory of light) that provides better explanations than the "current" models.
His assumptions are based upon both his theoretical and experimental investigations described fully in these pages.
Please note that many of Mr. Urbina's ideas have not been accepted by some Physicists, but he is
more than willing to discuss his points of view with whoever is interested.
